Oliver Sanderson is delighted to have been retained by HTG-UK to appoint an outstanding Operations Director to join its Executive Team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for driving operational performance, transformation and service excellence across HTG-UK’s patient transport operations and NHS contracts.
The successful individual will lead a large, geographically dispersed operation, combining outstanding patient care with strong commercial and financial discipline, while driving continuous improvement, innovation, mobilisation and performance across the business.
We are looking for an accomplished senior operational leader with experience in patient transport, ambulance services, healthcare operations or a complex transport/logistics environment. You will bring strong people leadership, commercial awareness and a proven track record of leading multi-site operations through change and growth.
