Taskmaster are currently recruiting for a Plastic Fabrication Operative for our client based in Baston, near Peterborough.

• Be able to follow instructions and production schedules
• Be responsible and able to work without constant supervision
• Be a tidy worker
• Pay attention to detail
• Flexible and trustworthy
• Work quickly and steadily on repetitive tasks
• Meet physical demands of the role including manual handling
• Work well as part of a team
• Have some practical or mechanical knowledge
• A forklift licence not essential, but preferred

• Follow production schedules and work instructions accurately
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace
• Ensure attention to detail in all tasks
• Demonstrate flexibility and reliability in approach to work
• Complete repetitive tasks efficiently and consistently
• Perform manual handling tasks as required
• Collaborate effectively as part of the production team
• Apply practical or mechanical knowledge to daily tasks
• Cooperate with the company on all ISO procedures and maintain standards within the department
• Understand and promote the company's Mission, Vision and Values in day to day work:
  Sharing, Integrity, Excellence, Innovation
• Operate forklift equipment if licensed

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm

Pay:
£13.25 per hour
