We're working with a high-growth bakery business in Wiltshire that's expanding across retail, wholesale, and food service. As the business scales, they're now looking for a strong Production Manager to help lead the team, tighten processes, and support the next phase of growth.

• Lead and motivate a production team of circa 20 staff
• Own shift planning, rotas, and day-to-day production performance
• Drive efficiencies across labour, workflow, and output as volumes increase
• Maintain high standards across quality, food safety, and compliance
• Identify and implement improvements to processes, layout, and ways of working
• Be a visible, hands‑on leader on the shop floor, setting clear expectations and standards

• Experience in food production or manufacturing, ideally within bakery or fresh food
• A confident people leader who can engage teams, set boundaries, and drive pace
• Strong understanding of production efficiency, labour planning, and workflow optimisation
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment
• Open to learning, proactive in approach, and motivated to progress as the business grows
