Overview

Electro - Mechanical Fitter (Manufacturing) – Day shift, site-based role with a strong work-life balance. Competitive hourly rate with Mon-Thu 6:30am-2:30pm and Early Finish Friday 6:30am-11:30am. Full training provided. Benefits include Death in Service, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Site based, within commutable reach of Nottingham, Derby, Mansfield, Newark, Loughborough, and Leicester. Join a global manufacturing business producing custom-built, high-precision equipment for aerospace, automotive, and medical industries. You will be involved in the full end-to-end build of complex, bespoke machinery, working on complete systems rather than repetitive production tasks.

The role includes assembly, fitting, and soldering of electro-mechanical components, working from electrical schematics and engineering drawings in a clean, structured manufacturing environment. This position suits a competent Electro-Mechanical Fitter from a manufacturing background seeking further training and a strong work-life balance.

• Assembly and fitting of bespoke electro-mechanical machinery
• Electrical assembly and soldering of precision components
• Work from electrical schematics and engineering drawings
• Contribute to end-to-end build of complete systems

• Experienced Electro/Mechanical Fitter
• Confident with soldering and detailed electrical assembly
• Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings
