Production Technician

Overview

We're hiring for a Production Technician to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Little Hulton, Salford.

In this role, you will be assembling, testing and fault-finding precision pipeline inspection systems in a modern workshop.

• Assembling and building sub-assemblies and finished products from works orders
• Picking parts, using tools/equipment and soldering to a good standard
• Fault-finding and repairing electrical & mechanical assemblies
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring products meet standards
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with goods-in when required
• Participating in stock takes and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
• Supporting production plans, covering absences and promoting lean improvements

• Experience in a manufacturing/production assembly environment
• Ability to solder and fault-find on electrical/mechanical products
• HNC in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience

• £28,397 p/a
• Mon-Fri | 8am - 4:30pm
