Production Operative Wanted – Warrington (WA5, Omega Business Park)

Salary: £33,729 per annum

Hours: Working 12-hour shifts on a 3-week rotating schedule, covering both days (06:00–18:00) and nights (18:00–06:00)

Contract: Temporary to permanent for the right candidate

Start date: Immediate

Due to the site location and hours of work, own transport is essential.

• Producing fresh food products to high standards
• Operating production machinery
• Following strict safety and hygiene procedures
• Working efficiently to meet production targets
• Maintaining quality control throughout the process
• Completing hygiene tasks such as jet washing and manually cleaning production machines, surfaces and floors.

• Previous production or factory experience (food manufacturing experience is a bonus but not essential)
• Flexibility to work a rotating pattern of days and nights over a 7‑day schedule
• Reliable, punctual, and able to start immediately
• Own transport preferred due to site location
