Fitter​/Assembler

Reliable Recruit are looking to hire Fitter/Assembler for a temp to perm role based out of our clients manufacturing site in Irlam, Manchester

The work will involve:

• Assembly and Fitting of parts to construct complete products
• Following Drawings and designs
• Quality checking parts being fitted
• Measuring materials and parts and adjusting with tools where needed
• Ensuring parts and finished goods meet specifications
• Reporting any defects to management
• Recording materials used and work done
• Regular Manual work and Heavy Lifting
• Housekeeping Duties

The working times and pay:

• Monday to Friday
• 06:00-15:00 OR 07:00-16:00
• 40 Hours per week paid after breaks
• p/h dependant on experience
• 12 week temp to perm role

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Candidates will need to have recent experience in Assembly/Manufacturing/Fitting
• Candidates need to be physically fit for regular manual handling and heavy lifting
• Ability to following detailed designs
• Quality checking experience
• Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills needed for measuring and general work
