1. Purpose of the role
Line Operatives are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of designated converting line equipment (e.g. Rewinder, Wrapper, Core Winder), ensuring all activities comply with quality, productivity, and legal requirements while maintaining product safety throughout the production process.
2. Scope of the roleLine Operatives are responsible for the efficient and effective operation of a designated area within the converting lines. The role involves maintaining consistent product quality, minimising downtime and waste, and ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
