We’re partnering with a leading UK FMCG manufacturer to recruit a Manufacturing Front Line Manager for a fast‑paced, high‑performing production environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious people leader who thrives in manufacturing operations and is passionate about safety, continuous improvement and driving team performance. The role has been designed as a stepping stone to Plant Manager, and we are looking for someone actively seeking to progress to senior leadership over the next few years.
Key responsibilities include:- Leading a strong Safety First culture across production operations
- Driving team performance and accountability
- Coaching and developing operational teams
- Ensuring high product quality and operational efficiency
- Collaborating cross‑functionally to optimise manufacturing performance
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment
- Proven experience leading teams within production/manufacturing
- Strong people management and performance improvement skills
- Passion for coaching, development and continuous improvement
- Manufacturing‑related degree advantageous but not essential
