We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Leader to oversee a production area and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for optimizing production workflows.

• Ensure the team possess the skills required to achieve the production plan.
• Carry out team member performance reviews.
• Maintain daily production boards and team board documentation.
• Conduct local KPI team meetings to improve cost, quality and delivery metrics.
• Be responsible for safety audit schedule adherence and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Manage area risk assessments.
• Lead local 5S activity to promote a safe, defect‑free and visual workplace.
• Participate in occupational health activity to support team welfare.
• Ensure the area is compliant with ISO
  14001 and ISO
  9001 standards.
• Ensure first‑line absence management is conducted swiftly and effectively.
• Liaise and communicate with all support functions to achieve area targets.
