Head Of Operations

Position Overview

I am looking to speak with Manufacturing Managers, Operations Manager and Head of Operations who have operated in an independent capacity to head up and drive Production within a food manufacturing environment. I am partnering with an exciting and growing brand in the food industry who are going through a period of upscaling and growth who are currently looking for a Head of Operations to join the team and lead the end to end process.

The role will be Mon‑Fri days but may require some flexibility around hours.

• Production Leadership, logistics, fulfilment and growth and scalability.
• Planning and cross departmental coordination.
• Performance management and efficient output.

• 10+ years food manufacturing experience at management level, operating in an independent/decision making head of production position.
• Strong track record of delivering and improving operational performance.
• Strong leadership style and understanding of food safety, quality standards and compliance.
