Location: Denton Pay Rate: £16 £ 18 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner to join our team, working on high-quality bespoke joinery projects. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a skilled individual with a strong background in workshop-based joinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing bespoke joinery items to a high standard
• Working from technical drawings and specifications
• Producing fittings for bars, restaurants, kitchens, and bathrooms
• Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Assembling and finishing products in the workshop
• Ensuring all work meets quality and deadline expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner
• Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery and workshop practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Skilled in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
