Production Operative

End of Line Operator
Location: Eccles, M30
Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour
Shifts: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
Start Time: 6:00am

Career Makers Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced End of Line Operator to join a busy food production based in Eccles (M30).

This is a physically demanding role working at the end of a production line, involving manual handling and heavy lifting of finished products. Candidates must have previous production operative experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Working at the end of the production line
• Handling, stacking and moving finished products
• Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling duties
• Performing quality checks on finished products
• Packing and preparing products for dispatch
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Previous Production Operative experience is essential
• Ability to carry out heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexible approach to working hours

Working Hours

• Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
• 6:00am start
• Standard 8-hour shifts
• Candidates must be flexible to work up to 12-hour shifts when required

Pay Rate

• 12.71 per hour
