Aviation Disputes & Regulation - Senior Associate​/Director

Further to a face to face meeting with our client, we are instructed on a new opportunity with its Aviation team, which is looking for a Senior Associate or Director to help to shape one of the UK's most exciting Aviation Disputes and Regulatory practices. You will work closely with the Partners in a collaborative, ambitious team, recognised by both Chambers UK and The Legal 500.

You will work with leading airlines, lessors and aviation businesses on high-value, complex matters across UK and internationally, including:
Aviation disputes in the High Court, Court of Appeal and international arbitration forum Cutting-edge aviation regulatory work across UK, European and international framework Emerging areas, including sustainable aviation, advanced transport technology, autonomy and space. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, to build strong client relationships and to play a key role in a fast-growing practice that is increasingly winning work traditionally handled by international firms.
