The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Welder who takes real pride in producing high-quality work?

We're looking for a skilled MIG and TIG Welder to join a growing manufacturing team producing bespoke vehicle assemblies. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality projects where your workmanship will be visible on the finished product, making attention to detail and pride in your work essential.

What You'll Be Doing

Welding mild steel, stainless steel and alloys using both MIG and TIG processes.

Measuring, cutting, fabricating and finishing welded components to a high standard.

Producing neat, high-quality welds suitable for visible finished products.

Using hand and power tools including grinders, circular saws and band saws.

Maintaining your own tools, equipment and workstation.

Ensuring work areas remain clean, organised and free from fire hazards.

Working independently to achieve production deadlines and quality standards.

Supporting and training colleagues where required.

Following health and safety procedures and maintaining high housekeeping standards.

Carrying out any additional duties required to support the wider manufacturing operation.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

Proven experience in both MIG and TIG welding (essential).

Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel and alloys.

A strong understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes.

Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.

The ability to work independently and manage their own workload.

A proactive approach with a strong focus on health and safety.

Their own welding tools.

Desirable:

Coded Welder qualification.
