Shifts:
Rotating weekly – 05:40–13:40 and 13:20–21:20
Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Middleton, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Production Operative to join their growing team. The company produces a wide range of goods for multiple markets, and this role is central to maintaining high standards across their manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities- Feed raw materials into production machinery
- Operate machinery and lifting equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform packing tasks and prepare goods for shipment
- Conduct quality assurance and testing checks
- Assemble, pack, and label finished products
- Previous experience operating production machinery
- Experience in the plastics industry is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work on a rotating shift pattern
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
