Job Overview

Kinetic Industrial is supporting a leading medical services provider in the recruitment of a Production Supervisor. This is a full‑time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm. The role involves overseeing daily decontamination and sterilisation operations, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Management System standards, and supporting the Production Manager with continuous improvement initiatives.

• Oversee daily decontamination and sterilisation operations, ensuring work is completed safely and to strict quality standards
• Supervise and support the team to deliver on production targets and performance goals
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Management System (QMS) standards
• Maintain and monitor quality assurance records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
• Support the Production Manager with planning, organisation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high standards across all operations
• Provide staff training and ensure all colleagues are informed and compliant with health and safety procedures

• Previous supervisory experience within a production or healthcare environment
• Educated to a good general standard with strong numerical and communication skills
• Basic IT skills – confident use of track and traceability systems
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to work
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure

• Permanent position
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 2pm – 10pm
• Salary: £30,134 per annum
• Overtime and unsociable hours allowances available
• 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
