Production Supervisor - Lean Manufacturing, Manchester (East)

£40K-50K plus benefits
• Mon-Fri, 37 hours (8am-4pm; 3.30pm on Friday)

• Supervise a team of 30-65 Assembly staff (depending on experience)
• Help implement and lead a culture of lean manufacturing principles across the team
• Coach staff in lean methodologies
• Act as a change agent, moving from a culture where staff are told what to do to one where staff are trained and coached to think of solutions

• Working background in a Production Supervisor or related role
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (ideally Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Practitioner qualification)
• Demonstrable experience of coaching and mentoring staff
• Experience of managing change
