Cast UK is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive Lean initiatives across a busy UK manufacturing site in Greater Manchester. The role is hands-on, on the shop floor, and focused on improving safety, quality, productivity and efficiency through structured problem-solving and Lean tools.
You will work with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality teams to identify opportunities, deliver measurable improvements and embed a culture of Continuous Improvement.
