Birtwistle’s, a long-established UK butcher family business, is seeking a trained and experienced butcher for our night shift in a factory setting.
You will apply knife skills to produce primal and portion cuts across beef, pork, lamb and poultry, with hours Monday to Friday 20:00–06:00 and flexibility as needed.
We welcome candidates with skills in food hygiene, safety, teamwork and commercial awareness.
