Production Operative / Baker - Trafford Park

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative / Baker to join our well-established client based in Trafford Park. This is a fantastic opportunity offering £12.71 per hour, full-time ongoing work, weekly pay, comprehensive training, rotating shifts, and genuine opportunities for long-term progression with a growing bakery business.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Production Operative, Baker, Bakery Operative, Food Production Operative, Food Manufacturing Operative, Bakery Assistant, Manufacturing Operative, Production Assistant, or General Operative.

• 5-6 shifts per week
• Monday to Sunday (including weekends)
• You must be flexible to work the following rotating shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 | 14:00 - 22:00 | 22:00 - 06:00
• Shift rotas provided in advance

• £12.71 per hour (depending on experience)

• Measuring and mixing ingredients accurately to specification

• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
• Working with colleagues to achieve daily production targets

• Previous bakery or food production experience is essential
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
