Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Manchester (East) is seeking a Production Supervisor with a strong focus on lean manufacturing and staff coaching. The role supervises 30‑65 assembly staff on a large site and drives a culture of lean principles while coaching the team to think and act with continuous improvement.
The position is full-time, with hours 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday, on a modern manufacturing site.
