Rise Technical Recruitment in Manchester is seeking a Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement Facilitator to drive CI across a large manufacturing site. The role is full-time, permanent, with a 37-hour week (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, 3.30pm Friday) and a salary of £35-40K plus benefits and 25 days leave.
You will design and implement a new sustainable 5S system, train and upskill staff in lean/CI, then coach and mentor teams while leading CI projects.
