Salary: £26,436.84 (based on a 40-hour week)  5% shift allowance

Permanent Picture a warehouse. Now make it bigger and then double it. When your main product is aluminium used in windows, doors, conservatories and balustrades, you need serious space. In fact, our facility is large enough to fit four full-sized football pitches. This is where everything happens from raw materials coming in, to finishing, insulating, and preparing high-spec products ready for customers.

As a Production Operative, youll play a key role in bringing it all together. What youll be doing:
Youll be trained across all stages of the production line, including:
Material Feeder loading aluminium onto the machinery Strip Feeder ensuring materials are aligned, checked, and up to quality standards Offloader/Packer handling finished products and preparing them for dispatch The line runs continuously (200 items per hour), so youll need to be comfortable working at a steady, consistent pace. What were looking for:
