As a General Operative you will clean, repair, paint and assemble materials and equipment kits, helping to keep products safe, serviceable and ready for site delivery. The General Operative role would suit someone practical, reliable and hands-on, with good communication skills and a positive team-focused approach.

Barrier Maintenance:
Maintain, repair and paint edge protection barriers so they remain safe, serviceable and presentable for site use Cleaning and

Housekeeping: Carry out cleaning duties and keep work areas tidy, organised and safe Materials Handling:
Handle and transport heavy items safely in line with working procedures Kit Preparation:
Prepare and assemble materials and equipment kits for delivery to site Stock Control:
Support stock control activities and help ensure materials and equipment are ready when needed Tools and Equipment:
Use tools and equipment safely while following instructions and quality standards Team Working:
Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and support daily operations Health and Safety:
