Abstract Recruitment is currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives to join our client's growing manufacturing team in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company that manufactures high-quality coaxial radio frequency products used within the defence and aerospace industries . Due to the nature of the products, quality, precision, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities Assembling coaxial radio frequency products to a high standard. Carrying out soldering, crimping, cable preparation, and assembly work. Printing and applying serial numbers to finished products. Inspecting finished goods against engineering drawings and work orders. Testing products where required. Following manufacturing processes and quality procedures. Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

What We're Looking For Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is essential. Previous soldering experience is essential and candidates must be confident using soldering equipment.

Experience with cable assembly, crimping, or similar precision assembly work is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions and drawings. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills. Good manual dexterity and the ability to work to high-quality standards.
