Paint Shop Operative

Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Calne who are actively looking to recruit a Paint Shop Operative to join the team on a permanent basis. What you will be doing:
As a Paint Shop Operative, you will play a key role in surface preparation of metal fabrications, ensuring products are properly prepared for powder coating and meet all required quality standards.

- Surface preparation of components and all metal fabrications prior to Powder coating
- Masking, sanding, degreasing, and general preparation work
- Handling and moving components safely within the paint shop
- Inspecting prepared surfaces to ensure quality standards are met
- Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area What you will need to succeed:
Previous experience in paint shop preparation, or a similar industrial role (preferred but not essential) A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions and work to specifications Comfortable working with large components in a manufacturing environment What you will receive in return: £26,242.32  overtime. Working Hours Mon
- Thurs 7.30am
