The Zanna Group is seeking a skilled Baker with strong baking and patisserie expertise for a hands-on temporary role in Manchester. You will contribute creatively, assist with product development, and help scale recipes for production while upholding brand standards.
You should have leadership experience in a pastry/bakery setting, superb dough handling, fermentation and lamination skills, and a solid grasp of costings and GP. Early starts at 6am are required.
