Welder Fabricator Melton Mowbray, LE14 £ 16.00 - £19.00 Per hour We are looking for an experienced fabricator/welder to join our established client based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. You will be skilled in using various tools and materials to achieve required finishes. The role involves mechanical knowledge with the capability to read technical drawings, ensuring high-quality assembly and fabrication of components.

Hours/Days of Work Monday to Friday 08:00am 16:30pm Rates of Pay £16.00 - £19.00 Per Hour With Overtime available at competitive rates. Duties:
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications. Operate welding equipment primarily in both MIG and TIG Welding - any experience in MMA Welding would also be beneficial. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials. Able to perform both in the workshops and fit out on site. Read and interpret engineering drawings.

Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality. Required for the Role:
Proven experience in welding and fabrication is essential. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Full driving license required. This is a temp to perm role, offering a permanent contract following a successful 13 week temp period.
