Assembly Technician Team Lead (Bespoke Manufacturing) Milton Keynes £37,000 - £42,000  Training  Progression  Annual Bonus  Flexible Employer  Overtime  Days Based Are you a Mechanical Assembler / Fitter looking for a role where you can work on specialist X-Ray equipment, build complex machinery from the ground up, and develop into a highly skilled engineer within an established and growing manufacturer? Established in 2003, this specialist company provide industrial X-ray services to local manufacturers including cabinets, equipment and even entire rooms.

After continued growth they have recently moved into a new workshop and are looking for an experienced Mechanical Technician to join the team. In this role you will be leading a small team of Mechanical Assemblers, coordinating and providing technical guidance on a day-to-day basis. Whilst carrying out the build and assembly of bespoke X-ray equipment, you will also liaise with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the design specification.

This role would suit a Mechanical Assembler / Fitter from a manufacturing background looking to work on bespoke machinery with a company offering real progression within their new workshop.

The Role:

Supervise and support a small but growing team of engineers Coordinate the day and assign tasks to your team Building bespoke X-ray cabinets and equipment Mon-Fri (8am-4pm) with optional overtime at 1.5x (Sunday 2x)
