The role:

Lead production materials planning to ensure raw materials are available on time Place and manage orders with suppliers, balancing cost, lead times, and demand Translate sales demand into production schedules across all shifts Balance capacity, labour, and raw materials to meet daily/weekly targets Lead, coach, and develop Shift Supervisors and their teams Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and manage succession planning The person:
