- Commutable from Yeovil, Crewkerne, Axminster, Bridgwater and Honiton Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for a varied role within a precision engineering environment? Our client is looking for a CNC Miller / Programmer / Setter to join their manufacturing team, producing high-quality precision components using modern CNC milling machinery. You'll be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines, working with Fanuc, Heidenhain and/or Mazatrol control systems , producing components to tight tolerances and ensuring consistently high standards of quality and accuracy.

The Role
* Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
* Programming using Fanuc, Heidenhain and/or Mazatrol control systems
* Working across 3, 4 and 5-axis machining centres
* Producing precision-engineered components to tight tolerances
* Selecting appropriate tooling and optimising machining processes
* Troubleshooting programming, machining and equipment issues The Candidate
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller / Programmer / Setter
* Strong CNC milling and programming experience
* Experience with one or more of Fanuc, Heidenhain or Mazatrol control systems
* Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines
* Experience with 3, 4 or 5-axis machining would be advantageous
* Able to read and interpret engineering drawings What's in it for you? *£16 - £19 per hour
