This role involves working on a fresh production line, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Shift Patterns:
* 5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends
* Night shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
* Overtime available after 42 hours
* Includes a 20-minute tea break and a 30-minute unpaid break Pay Rates:
* 14.95 GBP hourly Requirements for Production Operative Nights:
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks
* Follow supervisor instructions respectfully
* Work effectively as part of a team by helping coworkers whenever needed Role for Production Operative Nights:
* Assist with the overall food production process
* Pack and wrap food products according to specifications
* Perform quality control checks and remove defective items
* Follow recipes to mix or cut ingredients using machinery or manual methods
* Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
* Handle various types of meat and maintain hygiene standards
* Store and stack food in designated areas
