Assembly Operative
Our client is a leading specialist in interior design, working with a range of prestigious Blue Chip clients to deliver high-quality, bespoke solutions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out assembly work, including operating machinery, scraping mirrors using a blade, gluing, blasting, and other related production tasks.
- Safely handle and move chairs and other products throughout the production area.
- Complete packing duties to ensure products are prepared for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Undertake general housekeeping duties, including removing waste and sweeping work areas.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in a similar assembly or workshop-based role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to carry out repetitive tasks accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A flexible approach to work, including a willingness to work overtime when required.
- The ability to safely lift and move heavy items.
- Monday to Friday
- 06:00am - 2:15pm
- 30-minute unpaid break each day
