Packing and Labelling Operative

PACKING & LABELLING OPERATIVE

Aspired Talent are recruiting Packing & Labelling Operatives for ongoing, full-time work.

This role involves picking, packing and labelling lightweight items, with no heavy lifting required. It would suit someone who enjoys careful, detailed work and has good hand dexterity.

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm  
Pay: £13.00 per hour with holiday pay accrued, or £14.57 per hour with holiday pay included  
Immediate starts available — site inductions taking place now

Duties include:

- Picking and packing lightweight items.
- Reading and checking small printed labels.
- Accurately labelling products and checking orders.
- Wrapping items ready for dispatch.
- Using handheld scanners.
- Keeping your work area tidy and organised.

Requirements:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good hand dexterity for handling small items and labels.
- Ability to read and check small printed wording.
- Handheld scanner experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
- Reliability and availability to start immediately.
