We're recruiting for a CNC Machinist to join a well-established precision engineering business with a modern manufacturing environment and a strong pipeline of work.

This CNC Machinist opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working with CNC machinery, maintaining quality standards and being part of a busy production team. The successful CNC Machinist will run production batches on advanced CNC equipment, carry out quality inspections and help ensure customer orders are delivered to the highest standard.

• Operating CNC machinery to manufacture precision-engineered components
• Running production batches once machines have been set by experienced engineers
• Carrying out in-process inspections and measurements
• Using micrometers, verniers and gauges
• Reading engineering drawings
• Monitoring quality throughout production
• Working across different machines as required
• Supporting a clean, safe and efficient workshop environment

• Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Operator or Production Machinist
• Experience with in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
• Understanding of engineering drawings
• Ability to use measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
