Overview

Were seeking a confident results-driven B2B marketing leader to define and deliver PHMG's global marketing strategy. As Head of Marketing you'll inspire a talented team, lead the continued evolution of our marketing operations and drive measurable commercial growth.

You'll own a digital-first, data-led marketing vision aligning every initiative with customer needs, commercial priorities, and revenue goals. Partnering closely with Sales and Client Services you'll deliver high-impact campaigns that generate leads, deepen engagement and enhance client lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
  • Define and execute a digital-first global marketing strategy that drives commercial growth and enhances the end-to-end client experience.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of marketers fostering creativity, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Champion marketing innovation and the digitisation of the client journey integrating tools and automation to improve communication efficiency and insight.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Services and senior stakeholders to align marketing activities with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Manage budgets, agencies and internal resources to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
Campaign & Content Leadership
  • Design and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital content, events, email, social) that generate leads, drive upsell and reduce churn.
  • Ensure brand consistency and storytelling excellence across every channel positioning PHMG as an industry thought leader.
  • Oversee the development of tools, content and collateral that empower commercial teams and strengthen client relationships.
Marketing Technology & Analytics
  • Implement and optimise marketing automation, CRM and performance tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hub Spot, Pardot, Marketo) to deliver scalable, personalised engagement.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor performance, measure ROI and inform ongoing strategy refinement.
  • Stay at the forefront of marketing technology and trends, leading trials and adopting new innovations that enhance efficiency and performance.
Client Journey & Communications
  • Digitise and optimise client communication touchpoints to deliver timely, relevant and impactful engagement throughout the lifecycle.
  • Partner with Client Services to enhance retention and satisfaction through insight-led automated communication strategies.
  • Continuously improve the quality and consistency of client interactions ensuring measurable outcomes aligned with brand standards.

  • Expertise in digital marketing campaign management, SEO, PPC and marketing automation.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem‑solving skills always guided by data and insight.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross‑functional partnership skills.
