• 6-8+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in consumer or lifestyle-driven sectors.
• Proven track record of building successful brands and delivering measurable growth.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance channels, and brand communications.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with an ability to inspire and motivate.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and creative thinking abilities.
