Rise at Seven is a search-first content marketing agency redefining how brands grow across search, social and beyond. We’ve built a category‑leading reputation – and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help us take that even further.

You’ll sit within the marketing team and work closely with the CEO and Global Head of Marketing to bring our marketing plan to life – running campaigns, managing events, awards and social calendar, planning paid ads, studies and content assets to drive measurable growth and brand fame in the agency landscape across the UK, US and Europe.

This is a hybrid hands‑on role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and is confident in managing campaigns / content marketing studies end‑to‑end and turning creative ideas into results. You’ll touch everything from social and paid media to events, partnerships, video and reporting – helping Rise at Seven stay top of mind as the industry’s go‑to search‑first content agency.

You’ll have solid experience in marketing social or SEO and a strong understanding of the media landscape – from publications and influencers to key industry events and platforms.

Key Responsibilities Social Website & Content Marketing
  • Manage Rise at Seven’s social media channels (Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, X) from content planning and creation to scheduling and reporting.
  • Repurpose content across platforms – blogs, email newsletters, video clips and carousels.
  • Support community management, engagement and brand tone of voice.
  • Lead paid social amplification for key content launches, working closely with our paid team who will handle the management.
  • Plan all creative content marketing activity – videos, studio assets, reports.
  • Create assets using Canva, written content, reports, etc.
  • Keep the Rise at Seven website up to date with new case studies, blog posts and campaign content, running a comprehensive SEO and content programme that keeps us as the most visible site in our field.
Campaign & Channel Execution
  • Manage rollout of Rise at Seven agency marketing campaigns end‑to‑end, including roadmaps, working with studio and data teams to ensure assets go live on time and align with objectives.
  • Implement and optimise the marketing plan across paid, owned and earned channels – including social, email, events and website.
  • Coordinate new case studies, reports, client wins hero content launches and product announcements across UK, US and EU markets.
  • Collaborate with in‑house SEO, PR, Creative and Social teams to create content ideas and themes under a structured roadmap.
  • Track ROI and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimisation suggestions.
Events & Partnerships
  • Lead the planning and operational delivery of Rise at Seven events, webinars and round tables – from concept to guest communications, logistics and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Manage conference activations, sponsor ships and speaker opportunities across the UK, US and Europe.
  • Work with the leadership team to build and manage an annual calendar of owned and partner events.
  • Attend key industry events, capturing live content and supporting the sales and marketing teams on the ground.
  • Manage marketing collateral, signage and post‑event performance reports.
Growth Marketing & Automation
  • Run targeted ABM campaigns – using paid and organic tactics for lead generation.
  • Run email marketing and lead nurturing programmes – downloads, industry updates, etc.
  • Work with Hub Spot to nurture leads through automation flows and audience segmentation.
  • Build dashboards to track performance.
  • Test and scale new growth activity channels and formats.
Requirements
  • 35 years in marketing growth or campaign management (agency or brand).
  • Experience running multi‑channel campaigns and events.
  • Working knowledge of paid social (Linked In, Meta) and marketing automation tools (Hub Spot preferred).
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset comfortable working with data dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Creative and proactive, thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
  • Experience in SEO content marketing or B2B lead gen.
