Assistant Brand Manager

Overview

We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to help drive growth across a portfolio of brands. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of distinctive brands—with the autonomy to lead projects, influence creative direction, and see your ideas through from concept to market.

Role-focused, you will be part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You’ll combine an eye for detail with a natural curiosity about consumers and what drives their choices.

• Support brand strategy & NPD:
  Work with the Brand Managers to plan and deliver seasonal and core product launches, from concept to shelf.
• Execute marketing campaigns:
  Brief and manage digital, social, PR, and activations to build awareness and sales.
• Project manage cross-functional teams:
  Liaise with design and purchasing to deliver outstanding work.
• Analyse market & consumer insights:
  Track category trends, competitor activity, and consumer data to inform decision-making.
• Champion brand consistency:
  Ensure messaging, visuals, and tone align with each brand’s identity across all touchpoints.

• 2 – 3 years brand marketing experience
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• A creative eye and a love of design and trends
• Analytical mindset – comfortable interpreting data to shape strategy
• Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Happy to be part of a small team and get stuck in whenever it’s required
