One Day Agency is an integrated advertising and marketing agency with offices in Manchester, London and Warsaw. In just six years, we’ve grown to a team of 16 ambitious specialists, working with brands of all sizes, from fast‑growing e‑commerce businesses to F1 teams. We deliver high‑impact campaigns across OOH, TV, Radio and Digital, helping brands grow through smart, strategic media planning and buying.

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to oversee the delivery and operational management of client campaigns across the agency.

This role is centred on end‑to‑end campaign execution, ensuring campaigns are well‑coordinated, delivered on time and run to a consistently high standard. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, external partners and suppliers, acting as a key point of coordination throughout the campaign lifecycle. You’ll also play an important role in CRM management, helping keep campaigns, client data, reporting and workflows organised and up to date.

• Manage the operational execution of client campaigns
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across clients, internal teams and external partners
• Support media buying activity and assist with the preparation of accurate, insightful client reports
• Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring campaign data, statuses and documentation are accurate and up to date
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers, including media partners, photographers and other collaborators
• Provide client‑facing support as required, ensuring clear communication and smooth delivery
• Identify risks, solve problems quickly and keep campaigns on track

• Proven experience in a campaign management, project management or operations role (agency experience preferred)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Confident working across multiple tools and platforms in a high‑velocity environment
• Clear, confident communicator, comfortable working with teams, clients and suppliers
• Able to prioritise effectively, work autonomously and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with campaign delivery workflows and CRM systems
• Strong numeracy and computer skills
• Highly proactive, solution‑focused and comfortable taking ownership
• Experience using project management tools is desirable
