be a Product Marketing Manager at THG?

As Product Marketing Manager you will play a critical role in bringing Myprotein products to market, owning product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies across key categories. You will act as the bridge between Product, Brand, Commercial and Marketing teams, ensuring that every product launch is insight-led, commercially impactful and brand-consistent across all channels and markets.

This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about health, fitness and consumer-led storytelling.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Positioning
  • Own product positioning, value propositions and messaging frameworks across assigned categories.
  • Translate product features, nutritional science and innovation into compelling consumer-facing narratives.
  • Develop and maintain product architecture, naming conventions and portfolio logic.
Go-To-Market & Launch Excellence
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for new product launches, renovations and limited editions.
  • Create comprehensive launch toolkits, including messaging, FAQs, claims, imagery guidance and channel priorities.
  • Partner with Campaigns, Brand, CRM, Influencer, PR and Paid Media teams to ensure flawless execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the key marketing partner to Product Development, Innovation, NPD and Commercial teams.
  • Influence product roadmaps using customer insights, market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Work closely with Regional and International teams to localise launches where required.
Consumer & Market Insight
  • Leverage customer data, research and performance insights to inform product strategy and messaging.
  • Monitor category trends, competitor activity and emerging consumer needs.
  • Use post-launch analysis to optimise future launches and product performance.
Commercial & Performance Focus
  • Support commercial planning through clear articulation of product benefits and key selling points.
  • Track launch performance against KPIs including sales, conversion, engagement and awareness.
  • Continuously optimise messaging and channel strategies based on performance data.
What skills and experience do I need for this role? Essential
  • Proven experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing or Go-To-Market roles, ideally within FMCG, nutrition, beauty or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong experience delivering end-to-end product launches in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with a clear understanding of consumer psychology.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to shape strategy and execution.
Desirable
  • Experience with in sports nutrition, health & wellness or performance-led brands.
  • Exposure to global or multi-market product launches.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and DTC business models.
