What you’ll be doing :

• Leading PPC and lead generation activity across Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Driving high-quality leads in a regulated financial services environment

• Managing and optimising SEO to support scalable growth

• Owning performance reporting, budgets, and optimisation

• Collaborating with compliance, sales, and senior leadership

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in financial services marketing

• PPC and lead generation experience is essential

• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Solid understanding of SEO

• Commercial, data-driven mindset
