Marketing Manager

What you’ll do:

Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, video, and other digital channels
Produce promotional content, including graphics, copy, and short-form videos
Manage email marketing campaigns, tracking results and optimising performance
Support brand awareness initiatives and B2C marketing strategies
Collaborate with the Director to plan marketing calendars, priorities, and campaigns
Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Handle multiple projects independently, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

What we’re looking for:

Strong hands-on marketing experience, ideally in B2C or consumer-focused businesses
Confident creating and delivering campaigns without needing a team to do the work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid experience with email marketing platforms, social media management, and basic video/graphic content creation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while taking direction from the Director
Creative, organised, and proactive with a ‘get it done’ attitude
