Overview

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to lead all digital advertising and retention to help more people discover and love Tallow + Ash.

You’ll work closely with the founder and brand marketing team to ensure everything we put into the world feels true to Tallow + Ash. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who is both analytical and creative. As we grow, you’ll also be responsible for building out a performance marketing team.

• Lead our in-house digital marketing across platforms like Meta, Tik Tok and Google
• Make sure our brand reaches new audiences who will genuinely love our products
• Work closely with our creative team to bring new ad creatives to life

• Look after our customer journeys through email
• Create thoughtful, well-timed communications that people enjoy receiving
• Make sure people feel looked after from their first order onwards

• Own budgets and make sure we’re investing responsibly and sustainably
• Track performance so we understand what’s working and what we can improve
• Work with the wider marketing team when analysing performance (i.e. website landing page, social media posts etc)

• Help evolve and grow our marketing channel mix
• Keep up to date with channel updates/changes

Tallow + Ash is a modern UK brand reimagining laundry with a blend of luxury and sustainability. Founded in June 2023, we create non-toxic, biodegradable, and vegan laundry products that deliver designer-level fragrance without compromising on skin safety or environmental impact.

Developed by UK chemists and master perfumers, the range includes laundry shampoos, conditioners, fabric sprays, and stain removers, all free from dyes, phosphates, and microplastics. The mission is to transform laundry from a chore into a ritual, offering products that are both effective and aesthetically pleasing.
