They are looking for a dynamic, Marketing Manager to lead the team in delivering the companies growth plans. They need someone with skills in B2B marketing, multi-channel campaigns, keen to utilise CRM software and adopt the latest technology and AI to increase lead generation. • Be a dynamic and vibrant team leader – this is a crucial part of the job!

• Manage and deliver the agreed marketing goals, plans and strategy.

• Ensure that the lead generation plans and KPI’s are met

• Be responsible for the budget allocation

• Be instrumental in the marketing processes, systems and tools

• Define and deliver the lead generation strategies and campaign plans.

• Lead the planning, preparation, implementation and measurement of the marketing campaigns and activities agreed.

• Influence the set up and effectiveness of the CRM including reporting, data cleansing, list management

• Previous experience of managing a marketing team, mentoring and leadership

• A degree in either Marketing, Business or other relevant CIM qualification

• Proven success in B2B lead generation

• A passion for utilising AI and the latest tech to maximise marketing campaign activity

• Ideally skills in Hubspot or Salesforce CRM

• Proven track record in marketing plan development and execution.

• Experience in marketing strategy definition

• Understanding of digital analytics, SEO, and marketing technology platforms.
