If so, we have an opportunity for a Marketing Assistant Content Creator to join our Regatta Marketing team.

The Marketing Assistant (Content Creation) plays a vital operational role in supporting Ecommerce Photography and wider Marketing activity, ensuring product imagery is delivered accurately, on time, and to brand standards. From coordinating and tracking samples, preparing for studio shoots, and providing on-set support, through to image naming, uploading, and digital asset management, the role helps maintain smooth end-to-end photography workflows aligned to seasonal launches and key account requirements.

Working closely with Product, Digital, Sales, and creative partners, the position requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and clear communication, while contributing to campaign preparation, competitor research, and process improvements. With a proactive, flexible approach and commitment to high standards, the role supports the business’s entrepreneurial spirit and focus on great relationships, ensuring ecommerce content is delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with brand and compliance standards.

• Approximately 1 years' experience in a Marketing Assistant or similar entry-level role
• A strong interest in ecommerce, photography, and online retail trends
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally
• A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to supporting studio and marketing activity
• Experience supporting campaigns, administrative workflows, or content delivery
• Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, )
• An understanding of digital asset management and structured file organisation (advantageous)
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of brand and ecommerce standards
• A willingness to occasionally travel or support extended studio shoot days
• An understanding of GDPR and responsible marketing practices
• A positive, “can-do” attitude aligned with high standards and collaborative team values
