Senior Marketing Communications Manager - Life Sciences

We're supporting a global Life Science organisation in the search for a (Senior) Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of high impact communication strategies across Europe. This is a broad, hands on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast moving, cross functional environment and has proven experience engaging pharmaceutical manufacturers as a core audience.

You'll take ownership of annual planning, campaign execution, and content development across multiple channels, working closely with commercial, product, and regional teams to drive awareness, demand, and brand impact.

• Develop and execute annual marketing communications strategies for the European region.
• Own project planning, timelines, and budget management to ensure efficient delivery.
• Partner with commercial teams to tailor messaging for pharmaceutical manufacturer audiences.

• Lead omni channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand across Europe.
• Strengthen brand positioning through consistent messaging, storytelling, and visual identity.
• Develop and refine value driven narratives for key commercial priorities.

• Create and manage high quality marketing materials including:
  • Web content
  • Videos
  • Expert interviews
  • Interactive tools
  • Sell sheets and collateral
  • Webinar content
• Test and measure material effectiveness, using data to refine messaging and format.

• Design and execute lead generation and nurture programs in partnership with sales and digital teams.
• Build content journeys that support prospect engagement and conversion.

• Plan and execute European level product launch communication strategies.
• Create messaging frameworks, launch toolkits, and cross channel campaigns for internal and external audiences.

• Oversee communication activities for events, ribbon cuttings, photo and video shoots.
• Develop concepts, content, and on site materials for regional trade shows and conferences.

• 5+ years of Marketing Communications experience at European level.
• Demonstrated experience engaging pharmaceutical manufacturers as a target audience.
• Broad marketing communications background covering multiple areas, not a single channel specialist.
• Proven experience in:
