They are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to take ownership of customer lifecycle communications and help elevate the brand’s retention strategy. This person will play a key role in shaping how customers engage with the brand, driving loyalty, repeat purchase, and long term value. It’s a hands on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced e‑commerce environment and enjoys blending creativity with data driven decision making.

What

You’ll Be Doing…
  • Managing end‑to‑end CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push, ensuring timely and engaging delivery.
  • Building and optimising automated customer journeys to support acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
  • Using customer data and segmentation to deliver personalised, high‑impact communications.
  • Reporting on campaign performance, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborating with creative, trading, and digital teams to ensure CRM activity aligns with wider brand and commercial goals.
What We’re Looking For…
  • Experience in CRM or retention marketing within a fast‑paced e‑commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Confident using CRM platforms and comfortable interpreting data to inform decisions.
  • A creative eye for compelling content and an understanding of what drives customer engagement.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining high standards.
