We are seeking a confident and creative Content Marketing Executive with a minimum of 1–2 years’ hands‑on marketing experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
The successful candidate will take ownership of content creation and digital marketing activity across the Staytite Group. You will be responsible for developing engaging, brand‑aligned content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and commercial growth.
You will be expected to manage social media channels independently, contribute to strategic planning, and deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Content Strategy and Creation- Develop and deliver a content plan across the Staytite Group
- Write and edit high‑quality content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, case studies, and marketing materials
- Maintain consistent tone of voice and brand standards across multiple companies
- Identify content opportunities that support sales and commercial objectives
- Manage and grow all social media platforms (including Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, X, You Tube and any emerging platforms as relevant)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
- Monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and grow audience reach
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
- Manage paid social campaigns where appropriate
Examples of previous social media work will be required at interview.
Digital and Website- Manage website content updates via Word Press or similar CMS
- Support landing page creation and ongoing website optimisation
- Apply SEO best practice to content creation
- Support development of web commerce and online customer journeys
- Create and edit imagery and graphics for digital marketing
- Support video creation and editing for social and promotional use
- Capture photography at events, sites, and internal activities
- Support exhibitions, events, and customer visits across the Group
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to generate content ideas
- Ensure marketing activity reflects the breadth and capability of all Staytite companies
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple social media platforms professionally
- Proven ability to create engaging written and visual content
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience using scheduling, analytics, and digital marketing tools
- Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- Experience with in B2B or industrial/technical sectors
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
- Video editing experience
- Experience running paid social campaigns
- Familiarity with web commerce platforms
Marketing qualification (degree or equivalent) desirable but not essential. Demonstrable marketing experience and a strong portfolio of work are more important.
